Project Overview
This project involved the complete transformation of a derelict townhouse into a sophisticated, functional home for a client living abroad. The brief was to honour the building’s historical charm while incorporating modern comforts and Feng Shui principles for a harmonious living environment.
Design Vision
The client envisioned a full restoration that blended traditional character with contemporary living, placing a strong emphasis on:
- Spatial flow and functionality
- Feng Shui integration for energy balance
- A turnkey, move-in-ready solution
Our Role
As lead interior designer, my responsibilities extended beyond design to full project management. I worked closely with the builder and architect to align the interior layout with the client’s vision, overseeing each phase from concept to completion.
