Delivery
We aim to dispatch all candle orders within 2–3 working days of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard delivery times:

• Ireland: 3–5 working days

We take great care to package our candles securely using sustainable materials, ensuring they arrive safely and beautifully.

Please note: During busy periods or promotional events, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Returns
We hope you love your candles as much as we do, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  
• Please contact us at maryrose@strawberryhill-living.com before returning any items so we can guide you through the process.
  
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  

Damaged or faulty items
If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at maryrose@strawberryhill-living.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
